The Drink Detective detects the most commonly abused drugs that are used to spike drinks for the purpose of rape, robbery and other crimes. Such drugs include gamma hydroxy buturate (GHB), ketamine and more than 60 drugs in the benzodiazepine group, including Rohypnol,Valium,Xanax and Clonopin.
To test for ketamines and GHB, only one drop of the suspect drink is required for each pad. To test for benzodiazepines, only four drops of the suspect drink are required for the test strip.
