Payment & Security SelfDiagnosis accepts your order once payment is cleared at the check-out. As part of the check-out process, you are requested to accept SelfDiagnosis’s terms, conditions and disclaimers, described herein, and such order placement is deemed conclusive evidence of your acceptance of said terms, conditions and disclaimers. Credit or debit card payment is via SecureHosting who are accredited by Qualified Security Assessors to the highest possible standard available under the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standards (DSS) scheme and operate 3D Secure protocol, developed to improve the security of Internet payments. Delivery of Goods SelfDiagnosis will deliver the goods to the address supplied during ordering and check-out. Goods will be dispatched within 3 days of receipt of order and be sent via first class post. Privacy SelfDiagnosis respects the absolute confidentiality of all of its clients. Names and addresses are used solely for the purposes of product delivery; such details are not retained or shared with other organisations for any other purpose. Deliveries will be via unmarked packaging, giving no indication of SelfDiagnosis as sender. Returns Orders can only be cancelled if such cancellation instructions are received by SelfDiagnosis prior to dispatch of the order. If you wish to return any unused goods within 14 days of receipt, SelfDiagnosis will accept and reimburse you for test kits returned unopened and in their original packaging. No returns are accepted beyond 14 days of receipt. If you receive goods in a damaged or defective condition, or if goods have been dispatched in error by SelfDiagnosis, such errors including incorrect products or incorrect quantities, you must advise us within 10 working days of receipt and SelfDiagnosis will replace any returned goods and accept all postage and packaging costs associated with return of the faulty goods and subsequent issue of the correct goods. Any other returns will be returned at your own cost and risk. Once returned, we will re-credit your credit/debit card account by the contract/order value with an appropriate adjustment for postage and packing, where required, as soon as possible but no later than 30 days from receipt of goods. Cancellation by SelfDiagnosis We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if we have insufficient stock to deliver your ordered goods and/or envisage a significant delay in re-stocking the ordered goods. In such circumstances, we will re-credit your credit/debit card account by the contract/order value as soon as possible but no later than 30 days from the date of your original order placement. We reserve the right to substitute an equivalent product from an alternative supplier. Disclaimer & Limits of Liability SelfDiagnosis cannot be held responsible for the misuse of its products, or the results of any home tests, howsoever used, whether accurate or inaccurate, or related or consequential loss, damage or expenses, whether related to persons or goods, howsoever caused. Home test kits cannot be considered as 100% accurate and are not a replacement or substitute for a suitably qualified medical practitioner. If you are worried by your symptoms, you should seek advice from a suitable medical professional and not rely on this product. In any circumstances, SelfDiagnosis shall have no liability to offer compensation other than to refund the amount paid by you for the ordered goods.
