A panty liner is put in place & worn for 6 hours or until an abnormal discharge occurs. Remove the indicator strip from the panty liner and lay it into the plastic drying box for ten minutes and watch for a change in colour.
If the indicator strip turns blue or green, you may have a bacterial or parasitic infection and it is important to see your doctor as soon as possible.
If the strip turns blue or green then fades back to yellow, or if the colour does not change at all, you may have a yeast infection such as Candida or a temporary irritation. In this case, you may be able to buy a treatment from your local pharmacist.
